Learning’s Role in Advancing Diversity and Inclusion (Panel)

Hosted by The Guild’s Learning Leaders Alliance

Diversity and inclusion are becoming increasingly important to organizations; affecting recruitment, development, advancement, and retention. For many organizations, these initiatives represent significant changes in workflows, policy, and culture.

This is a panel discussion, exploring the important role learning and development departments play in advancing diversity and inclusion in their organizations. You will examine not only how L&D directly supports formal diversity and inclusion programs, but also how we approach our work, in general, can have an indirect impact. Join us for a conversation that will share important tips on how you can make learning a leader in driving the advancement of your organization’s diversity and inclusion efforts.

This presentation is a part of a 2-day program for Guild members that includes 4 general and 12 concurrent sessions all curated to help you support your organization as a leader who navigates the challenges of today with composure, successful strategies, and innovation.
